Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*Overnight delivery is ONLY available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Please contact us for more information.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
NOTE - ABCO RV does NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

ABCO RV is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, delivery address changes during transit etc.).
Damages:

ABCO RV is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy
You may return "most" new uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result or our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, ect.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
